SEATTLE -- Dick's Drive-In will soon be launching a new food truck this autumn and they're asking you where it should visit first.

The truck, which will serve all of its menu items except French fries (for now) is scheduled to start rolling the streets of the Puget Sound area in November.

Eventually, they aim to reach the entire region for those who can't get to their 7 restaurants in Seattle, Edmonds and Kent, but you can vote for who gets it first at ddir.com/FoodTruck

“When we built our restaurants in Edmonds and Kent, our customers helped us decide where those restaurants should be,” said Jasmine Donovan, President of Dick’s Drive-In. “And while it takes over a year to build each new restaurant, with the food truck, we can reach customers all over the Puget Sound region beginning this fall.”

The trucks will serve chips instead of French fries for now, but if the truck is successful, future plans could include a fry truck.

The truck is under construction in Portland right now and should be ready in mid-November.
