Instructions - Enter your partial business name or address in the search box below and hit ‘return’. The tool will show your approved maximum occupancy* and calculate your 25% capacity. You’ll also find a color-coded column signaling whether you can ‘open’ under Phase I of the ‘Open Texas’ plan. Similar to a traffic signal, ‘Green’ means ‘Yes, you can open’. ‘Red’ means ‘No, you cannot open yet’ and ‘Yellow’ means ‘Slow down and call us.’
